Mount Florida Community Council is a formally constituted group of residents of The Mount, who have a genuine interest in the well-being of their community. The main role of the Community Council is to link between residents, Glasgow City Council and other public bodies.

Community Councillors are volunteers who care about their local community and can bring concerns and issues to the attention of decision makers in the local authority and government.
